Which Method of CBD Hemp Oil is Right For Me?
There are many ways to consume CBD but we like to focus on the three most effective methods: sublingual, edible and dermal.
A tincture is a liquid CBD Hemp Oil concentrate that is applied under the tongue. CBD oils and tinctures are very versatile but the full extent of the effects can take up to an hour to be felt. Holding the liquid under the tongue allows for faster absorption through the bloodstream.
Salves and Body Oils are CBD Hemp Oil infused topicals that are applied directly to the skin for localized relief of pain and inflammation, making them perfect for treating muscle, joint, and surface-oriented pain. The relief can be felt in as little as 15 minutes.
CBD Hemp Oil gummies provide exact milligram dosages. This exact dosing takes the guessing out of equation. The full extent of the gummies should be felt within an hour but can be noticed within 20 minutes.
What is the difference between Full Spectrum CBD Hemp Oil and Isolate CBD Hemp Oil?
Full-spectrum CBD oils are tinctures that incorporate the entirety of the raw plant material that the CBD is sourced from. In other words, in addition to containing the active CBD compound, a good full-spectrum oil will have other phytocannabinoids (such as CBG, CBC, CBN, etc), phytonutrients, terpenes, flavonoids, and omega acids included from the raw material. While our Full Spectrum has 0.3% THC, our Isolate has 0% THC.
CBD isolate is exactly what it sounds like it is; the active CBD compound all by itself, with no additional compounds.

How Many Milligrams of CBD Hemp Oil Should I Take?
There is no “one size fits all” dosage, and there will be some trial and error while gauging your proper dosage. We recommend starting small and increasing gradually. We all have different body chemistry, and this will affect how our body reacts to CBD Hemp Oil.
If you are just starting out with CBD Hemp Oil you’ll want to start out with a small dose and work your way up from there. This is because taking an excessive amount of CBD Hemp Oil could actually be less effective from a therapeutic standpoint, than taking just a moderate or small dose.
Also, it’s worth pointing out that it’s far better to take multiple low doses of CBD Hemp Oil a few times a day, rather than one large dose. When in doubt, consult your physician, especially if you have a preexisting medical condition.
Will CBD Oil get me high?
THC and CBD are chemical compounds found in the Cannabis plant. While THC is psychoactive, AUR Body’s products are CBD Hemp Oil based and don’t contain more than 0.3% of THC. So unless you’re planning on housing an entire bottle of gummies in one sitting (don’t), you can enjoy the positive effects of CBD Hemp Oil whenever you need them without getting the munchies or the giggles or, you know, fired.
